Junior Accountant - Accounts Receivable
Location: Pasadena, CA (Onsite, Monday-Friday)
Compensation: $24-$26/hr
Employment Type: Direct Hire

A highly respected and long-established law firm is seeking an Junior Accountant to support their Accounts Receivable team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is looking to grow within a professional services environment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable
  • Experience in professional services required (law firm experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within an accounting career
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes
  • Track and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of client invoices
  • Assist with general accounting and transactional support as needed
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
